Sevani never gives, trades or sells any of your personal information to any company or individuals. Your information is used solely to process your orders. You may be added to a database for special offers and at any time can unsubscribe. We use a secure SSL layer to secure your transactions, which may be clicked on to verify. Your privacy and security are very important to us.

The information regarding the efficacy or products offered on this or any linked website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to treat or cure nor prevent any disease or medical issues. We suggest you contact a licensed medical practitioner for any specific concerns regarding the use of our products prior to purchase. We are happy to assist you in any way we can. We offer consultations by a Licensed Aesthetic Staff exclusively.


All orders typically depart within 2 business days with the exception of back orders, special orders weekends, Holidays or Emergencies.

Free Shipping- Is standard via USPS First Class for orders within the US.  Promotions may vary. (Ex: Free for orders over Dollar Amount US) Additional shipping options are always available for your convenience.  Simply use the “drop down box” on the checkout page.  Please feel free to contact us with any Shipping concerns or questions prior to placing your order and read our terms regarding shipping.  We will gladly overnight your package by request if this option is available.

Shipping & Handling

We try to ship all in stock items within 1 business day of your order. We primarily use USPS however this may vary depending on the size of your order.  Please be advised the shipping time may vary.  Most items are shipped First Class Mail unless a different option is selected.  Larger orders ship via USPS Priority “unless” UPS or Express is requested.  We recommend Priority for faster delivery vs. First Class.  ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE “Approximate” and not guarantees.

Average Shipping Times: 
Our Free Shipping is standard USPS First Class approx. 3/4-7 days or longer in some cases.  Timing is dependent upon destination.  USPS Priority approx. 2-3 days.  Sevani makes no guarantees as to shipping timing and offers “approximates” only as USPS does not guarantee with the exception of “Express” if placed prior to noon EST.  Timing is dependent upon destination as well as time of day order is placed.   Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority unless otherwise requested.  APO country locations must be clearly defined and recommended Priority shipping selection.   Express Shipping is available for next  business day deliveries if placed prior to noon.  Please read details below.  UPS is available by special request.

International customers: Please be advised we are not responsible for customs delays or missing packages.  It is very common for packages to be held  in customs for varying lengths of time.  If this is a challenge for you we apologize that we cannot assist you.  We deliver packages direct to USPS in a timely manner to ensure the fastest receipt possible, however we do not guaranteed shipment timing and customs timing will vary.  Kindly contact us with any or all concerns prior to your order should you have any questions.  We apologize, but we cannot ship “all” of our products overseas due to manufacturer guidelines. We highly suggest you select registered mail/signature confirmation (fee applies approx. $15) or request insurance for orders and always.  There MAY BE a surcharge on orderss depending on weight, you will be contacted if so and given the option for a refund or paying the difference via invoice. Sevani is not responsible should  items be delivered to business or school/dorm locations or insecure addresses where your name is not registered.  Should your item be misplaced at work, a shared home etc. signature confirmation is recommended for your safety.  If you prefer a faster delivery with signature confirmation please feel free to request this invoice via email.  Sevani is not responsible for customs delays, improper address entries on our website or missing packages confirmed shipped.  Please make sure to send to a secure address and double check you entered it correctly.  Tracking information is only available on Express deliveries at an additional charge to you. Sevani is not responsible for refused packages or customs fees, items refused or returned will not be eligible for a credit if not previously approved.  We will gladly re-send after additional shipping expenses are paid via invoice and notified within our return period.  If items are returned, a re-stocking fee will apply for approved returns only.  Please contact your local customs office for more information. Sevani takes mail and internet fraud very seriously and will pursue prosecution if necessary.

Disclaimer:  Sevani is not responsible for items confirmed delivered.  We advise you select  Signature Confirmation (fee applies) if you have concerns about your shipping destinations security. Please consider shipping to a PO box, or contact your post office to hold packages when concerned. Sevani is not responsible for items  shipped to an office or business location, college dormitories or any location where there is high traffic or your name is not registered as a resident as well as to independent mail box stores.   Buyer is responsible for all items shipped.  Insurance will not cover items confirmed delivered since proof of delivery exists.  If your name is not registered at the place your order is shipped to, please inform the location to expect your package and leave a note for the carrier & contact your post office.  If you have a concern about your delivery location, please contact us and request signature confirmation.  We will gladly provide you with this option if you contact us via phone or email. A small fee will apply.  We track all items at our expense in order to provide you with verification of delivery.  Delivery location is specified by the customer and at their own risk if not a secure residence mailbox or personal location.  We recommend using a secure address always.  Notice: Mail fraud & theft are considered a Federal Offense: Any suspicion of mail theft or fraudulent claims will be pursued by an investigation & prosecution.

Paypal Payments/Shipping – Paypal users are requested to cross-check their paypal shipping address and update it when using this method.  Paypals shipping will default to the account holders registered address unless payment is made by phone or another method.  Should you use a relatives or share a Paypal acct. we request you update their default shipping address.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to registered Paypal addresses even if you entered a separate delivery address as Paypal by default issues the shipping label to the account holders address.  You may contact Paypal at any time regarding a change or update or simply visit or contact us immediately by email regarding a change of address.

Express Delivery: Next  business day Delivery. Additional fee applies.  $20 & up.  Please note orders must be in by noon for next business day delivery.
We will do our best if later in the day as well, we always go out of our way to make that special trip for our customers when we are able to.

Signature Confirmation:
Customer may request signature confirmation for deliveries to business locations & apartments.  Additional fees do apply  (rates may vary) & the customer must be present at time of delivery to sign.  If not present and returned to seller, the buyer will be responsible for additional delivery fees to re-send.   This does not insure your package, for insurance please email us for a quote and we will invoice you separately if requested.

Shipping Fees–  Free Shipping is our standard based on our current promotions unless another option was selected. Our Fees are automatically calculated and displayed for you after filling out your shipping address/location.  Please note sales tax is added for the State of Pa when applicable.

Shipping Address:  Please remember to enter your address and double check it for accuracy as we are not responsible should you mistakenly enter it incorrectly and is received by another party.  Seller is not responsible for errors. Please ship to safe/secure addresses or a PO box if you have concerns or request Signature Confirmation & Insurance. (additional fees apply).  Offices: Some offices use caller services.  Once the package is scanned delivered to the service, it is considered delivered.  USPS & Seller do not assume resonsibility for caller service errors.

Paypal: Customers paying by Paypal, must change their delivery address in paypal upon checking out, should it be different then their billing address.  Sevani is not responsible for items delivered to a paypal address if not edited to provide the preferred delivery address.  Address must be “edited” in paypal as well as within your account.

Undeliverable: Orders returned to us marked “undeliverable” are the responsibility of the customer.  Customer is responsible for re-delivery fees and confirming their address with their local carrier. does not assume responsibility for undeliverable packages as we do not alter the entered address information.  If you have recently moved you are requested to always inform your new building, association and postal office carrier of your current shipping location.

Timing–  Kindly consider our “Emailable” Gift Card if timing is an issue for you with the hectic Holiday Season.

(Additional Fee Applies).  Sevani makes no guarantees as to timing of delivery “or” availability of products.  However, we will contact you by email to notify you of any delays or challenges with your order.

Returns– Rest assured we treat our customers as we prefer to be treated and can assure you our products are used in our Skin Care Studio on a daily basis.  We don’t sell what we don’t believe in and use ourselves!  If you changed your mind, please see our “return policy” and “terms and conditions”.

Return Policy- If you have a problem with your order please contact us within 30 business days (some exceptions apply) at so we can issue an authorization # in a timely manner.  Kindly describe the problem.  We try to learn from your experience and make it a pleasurable one. Returns must be accompanied by original product packaging and accompanied by an authorization #.  Return Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless items were damaged.  A re-stocking fee will apply for large returns and used product in certain cases.  We are here to assist you at all times to ensure your return is a smooth transaction.

Tracking- If you would like to track your order we will gladly provide you the information from our carrier at your convenience.

Fraud- Sevani takes mail and internet fraud very seriously and will initiate an investigation if necessary and prosecute any guilty parties.
